NCREL's Resource Center is a unique library housed at the offices of the North Central Regional Educational Laboratory in Naperville, Illinois and dedicated to research in education and teaching.
Our professionally trained librarians assist teachers, administrators, policymakers, parents, and community members, as well as NCREL staff members in finding the information they need to make informed decisions to improve teaching and learning in classrooms and schools.

The National Institute for Community Innovations (NICI), is offering membership in NICI's Virtual Library at a discount for K-12, postsecondary and adult educators and students and their families. This online library provides unlimited searching and downloading of high quality full-text instructional and professional development content across the K-16 curriculum for $5 per person per year.
