NCREL's Resource Center is a unique library housed at the offices of the North Central Regional Educational Laboratory in Naperville, Illinois and dedicated to research in education and teaching.

The National Institute for Community Innovations (NICI), is offering membership in NICI's Virtual Library at a discount for K-12, postsecondary and adult educators and students and their families.
